HIJET 9610

HVOF System (Gas Fuel)

Advanced High-Performance Arc Spray Technology

HIJET 9610 Overview

The HIJETĀ® 9610 is a High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) wire spray system designed to produce dense, high-performance coatings with excellent adhesion and minimal porosity. It is ideal for wear resistance, corrosion protection, and advanced surface engineering applications in demanding industrial environments.

This HVOF coating system utilizes oxygen-fuel combustion to generate a high-velocity gas stream, which melts and accelerates metallic wires toward the substrate, forming superior coating structures.

Unlike conventional HVOF powder systems, the HIJETĀ® 9610 uses metallic wire feedstock, offering a more economical solution while maintaining high coating quality. Its advanced gun design ensures efficient particle heating and supersonic particle velocities, resulting in coatings with enhanced durability and performance.
