The AP 2700 “Mass-Flow Controlled” Plasma Spray System is a modular, closed-loop plasma coating platform engineered for precision control and repeatable coating quality. Designed for advanced ceramic applications such as Al₂O₃, Al₂O₃+TiO₂, Cr₂O₃, ZrO₂ (YSZ), MgZrO₃, TiO₂, and other oxide ceramics, the system ensures accurate process regulation and stable plasma operation. Built on advanced PLC-based control architecture, the AP 2700 enables high-precision mass flow regulation of all process gases, delivering consistent coating performance with minimal parameter drift across thermal barrier, wear-resistant, electrical insulation, and corrosion-resistant applications.
