The MF-4MB90-XL is a robust, well-proven 90° plasma spray gun engineered for high-quality coating applications up to 55 kW power rating. Designed for stable arc performance and optimized thermal efficiency, it is particularly suited for spraying larger internal bores and complex geometries. This multi-purpose plasma spray gun enables the deposition of metals, alloys, ceramics, carbides, composites, blends, cermets, and abradable materials with excellent coating integrity and repeatability.
