This arc spray coating system provides stable arc characteristics and precise voltage control, enabling the spraying of a wide range of conductive wires, including solid and cored materials.
Equipped with High Velocity Arc Spray (HVAS) technology, the system produces dense coatings with low porosity and improved coating quality. It also features an anti-spattering start mechanism, preventing wire sticking and ensuring smooth and efficient operation from ignition.
