SPRAYCOLD®

The MEC SPRAYCOLD® (MSC-500) System is a compact and portable cold spray system designed for efficient and reliable coating operations. The system is equipped with an inbuilt PLC, touch-screen interface, electrical hardware, and integrated powder feeder, enabling precise and user-friendly operation. A lightweight cold spray gun with an inbuilt heater ensures ease of manual handling. The PLC incorporates a PID-based closed-loop temperature control system, allowing accurate and stable control of gas temperature throughout the spraying process. The system also supports integration with external controllers, including robotic systems and CNC/PLC interfaces.
